Each month we will explore a selection of Vegetarian Cookbooks available at our local Public Library. Our chef will demonstrate new cooking techniques, identify, and discuss the usage and benefits of new foods.
THIS VEGETARIAN COOKBOOK CLUB WILL BE TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS:
You will learn to Eat Seasonally and locally
“Breaking bread together” will give you support from like minded individuals

The Vegetarian Cookbook Cub starts Online and at the Mitchell Branch Public Library, 37 Harrison St, New Haven, CT on November 3, 2018. All are WELCOME. During our first meeting the Chef will be preparing a selection of dishes, demonstrating a few classic vegetarian techniques and substitutions. Come prepared to Eat and Learn.
