Each month we will explore a selection of Vegetarian Cookbooks available at our local Public Library. Our chef will demonstrate new cooking techniques, identify, and discuss the usage and benefits of new foods.
THIS VEGETARIAN COOKBOOK CLUB WILL BE TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS:
You will learn to Eat Seasonally and locally
“Breaking bread together” will give you support from like minded individuals

OUR MISSION IS TO HELP YOU FIND YOUR OPTIMAL HEALTH AND THRIVING LIFE.
The Vegetarian Cookbook Club began at the Mitchell Branch Public Library in New Haven, CT on November 3, 2018. All are WELCOME. During the pandemic all classes will be held over ZOOM. The Chef will be preparing a selection of dishes, demonstrating a few classic vegetarian techniques and substitutions. Come prepared to Eat and Learn.
Classes are held the first Saturday of the month.

Upon payment you will receive a PDF of classes recipes and grocery list. Classes will be recorded for your future reference.
